Rivo runs freight from the inquiry to the invoice. Every load goes to your own carriers as a live, blind bid, and the winning rate carries through the transport, the documents and the bill.
What it covers
Inquiries
Post a load once: the lane, the cargo, the weight, the number of trucks or containers and the date. It reaches every carrier you invite at the same time.
Live, blind bidding
Carriers bid for a number of minutes you set. Each one sees where its own bid stands, never another carrier’s amount.
Awards with a reason
Award the lowest bid, or another with a reason chosen from a fixed list. Every exception can be counted later.
Transports
Each truck or container has its own record: the vehicle, the driver, the gate updates and the delivery confirmation.
Documents and billing
Delivery proof, the carrier’s invoice and the payment sit on the same transport. The awarded rate is the rate billed.
Agreed rates
Lanes you have already agreed with a carrier go straight to that carrier at the agreed rate, without bidding.
Analytics
Spend by lane, carrier and plant, and a report you can print or save as a PDF.
Groups of companies
One login across the companies in a group. Each company’s data stays separate, and lists and figures can be read together.

Questions we get asked
Is Rivo a load board or a truck marketplace?
No. You invite your own carriers and freight forwarders. Rivo does not supply trucks and does not show your loads to anyone you have not invited.
What does it cost?
You pay per transport with credits, from PKR 800 per vehicle at the largest pack. There are no user licences, no implementation fee and no annual contract. Carriers pay nothing.
Do our carriers need to install anything?
No. Carriers use Rivo in a web browser, on a computer or a phone.
Does Rivo track trucks by GPS?
No. A transport’s state changes when a person at the plant or at the carrier records it.
