Rivo is one system, sold as one thing. It is described here in five parts because that is how the work divides, not because you buy them separately.
You describe the lane, the cargo and how many trucks you need, invite the carriers you already work with, and set how long bidding stays open. Bids are blind. A carrier can revise its own bid inside the window; it never sees anybody else’s amount, only where its own bid stands.
Raise a sea inquiry in the same wizard: ports, container types and counts, import or export, incoterms, port to port or door at either end, and which charges to quote. Invite the freight forwarders you already work with.
A contract is the rate you have already agreed with a carrier for a lane, usually for a year, with any fuel clause written in. When a load matches that lane, Rivo awards it at that rate. There is no auction.
Award anything other than the lowest bid and Rivo asks for a reason from a fixed list. Because the reasons come from a list and not a comment box, they can be counted.
Every sailing from every forwarder sits side by side in one sheet, cheapest marked. Cheapest and soonest stop being the same question.
An accepted award becomes a transport. The carrier assigns the truck and driver, the plant records loading and delivery, and the paperwork sits on the trip it belongs to.
Each container becomes its own job: number, line, vessel, voyage and seals, with documents filed against it.
The invoice is built from the awarded rate and what the transport did. There is no field where a person enters a figure, so there is nothing to mistype, dispute or quietly adjust.
The invoice is the awarded sailing plus approved extras. Nobody types a figure.
Per transport, from Rs 800. No licence per team member, no implementation fee, nothing upfront.
